The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 11, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Carl E. Wimbush, #129712. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Carl E. Wimbush was sentenced to Life on June 21, 1971 from Wayne County for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was also sentenced to a term of 2y6m-4y on October 18, 1984 from Jackson County for the crime of Assaulting a Prison Employee.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
