The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Kip Cortez Beasley, #177184. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Kip Cortez Beasley is serving a term of 25y-40y (6 Counts) for the crime of Robbery Armed 3rd Habitual (6 Counts). He was sentenced on November 13, 1991 from Wayne County. Kip Cortez Beasley is also serving a term of 1y-1y6m for the crime of Escape Prison Habitual 2nd. He was sentenced on September 21, 1995 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
