The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 24, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez, #645719. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez is serving a term of 5y6m-30y for the crime of Manufacture/Delivery of 450-999 Grams of Cocaine, to a term of 5y6m-30y for the crime of Conspiracy to Manufacture/Deliver 1,000 or More Grams of Cocaine, a term of 5y-20y for the crime of Manufacture/Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine and a term of 5y-20y for the crime of Conspiracy to Manufacture/Deliver 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on May 8, 2007 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
