The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 24, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Victor Adoplfo Valdovinos-Ramirez, #652216. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Victor Adoplfo Valdovinos-Ramirez is serving a term of 4y-20y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on July 9, 2007 from Berrien County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
