The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jose Alvarado Espino, #608571. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Alvarado Espino is serving a term of 3y9m-20y for the crime of Home Invasion 1st Degree. He was sentenced on August 15, 2007 from Ingham County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
