The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jose Montano Hernandez, #711887. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Montano Hernandez is serving a term of 3y-20y for the crime of Possession of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 15, 2008 from Berrien County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
