The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Anthony Douglas Jourden, #396621. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Anthony Douglas Jourden is serving a term of 1y1m-6y for the crime of 4th Unlawfully Driving Away an Automobile and a term of 1y1m-6y for the crime of 4th Flee and Elude. He was sentenced on November 30, 2009 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
