The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Ruben Madrigal-Acevedo, #637186. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Ruben Madrigal-Acevedo is serving a term of 6y9m-30y for the crime of Possession With Intent to Deliver 450-999 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on March 12, 2007 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
