The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jose Ramon Mora, #289317. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Jose Ramon Mora is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on May 24, 1999 from Berrien County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
