The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Frank C. Rodriguez, #261206.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Frank C. Rodriguez is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver/Manufacture Over 650 Grams of Cocaine, a term of 10y-30y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of 50-224 Grams of Cocaine, a term of 2y-30y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Less Than 50 Grams of Cocaine, a term of 2y-30y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Less Than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 12, 1997 from Oakland County.  Mr. Rodriguez was also sentenced to a term of 1y-20y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Less Than 50 Grams of Cocaine on December 15, 1997 from Oakland County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
