The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Juan Manuel Gallocervantes, #461625. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Juan Manuel Gallocervantes is serving a term of 20y-40y for the crime of Possession of Over 1,000 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on June 27, 2003 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
