The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of David Lee Walton, #144373. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
David Lee Walton is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on February 13, 1976 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
