The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Peter R. Elliott. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Peter R. Elliott was sentenced to a term of $10 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Possession of Fireworks, to a term of ) 2 years probation and $200 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution for the crime of Use of Controlled Substance (Narcotic/Cocaine/Methamphetamine/Ecstasy), to a term of 2 years probation and $200 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Violation of Controlled Substance Article, to a term of 2 years probation and $83 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Drugs, Illegal Use of and to $50 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Narcotic Drugs, Fraudulent Procurement of. He was sentenced on July 15, 1968; November 13, 1968; November 26, 1968; October 20, 1970; February 7, 1980 from Oakland County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
