The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 29, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Cassandra E. Grant, #161099. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Cassandra E. Grant is serving a term of 8y-21y (2 Counts) for the crime of 2nd Uttering and Publishing (2 Counts). She was sentenced on January 5, 2009 from Kalamazoo County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
