The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 9, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jesus Rodriguez, #460185. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jesus Rodriguez is serving a term of 10y-30y for the crime of Delivery of 225-649 Grams of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced on July 17, 2003 from Monroe County. He is also serving a term of 1y-5y for the crime of Prisoner Possessing Contraband. He was sentenced on October 24, 2006 from Chippewa County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
