Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. at the T100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Frederick Murdock is serving a term of 6y-20y for the crime of Delivery of 50 Grams or More But Less Than 225 Grams of Cocaine and a term of 12y-30y for the crime of Delivery of 225 Grams or More But less Than 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on July 17, 1996 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
