The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 18, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Wilson Tucker, #109140. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.
Wilson Tucker is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 14, 1968 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
