The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 22, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Henry Thomas Fante, #151420. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Henry Thomas Fante is serving a Life sentence (2 Counts) for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree (2 Counts) and a Life sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on October 7, 1977 from Macomb County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
