The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 29, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Steven Eugene Puckett, #135110. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Steven Eugene Pucket is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on October 14, 1976 from Oakland County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
