The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 to consider the possible parole of David Louis Humphrey, #136105. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Davis Louis Humphrey is serving a Life sentence for the crime of 4th Breaking and Entering Occupied Dwelling and a Life sentence for the crime of 4th Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property Over $100. He was sentenced on February 15, 1991 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
