The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Michael Emanuel Hicks, #187730. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, Michigan.
Michael Emanuel Hicks is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on August 18, 1993 from Macomb County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
