The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 2, 2010 to consider the possible parole of Errick Hughes, #181643. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, Michigan.
Errick Hughes is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Assault with Intent to Murder. He was sentenced on February 22, 1991 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
