A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Ernest Howard Walker

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, December 10, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Ernest Howard Walker. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Ernest Howard Walker was sentenced to a term of 3y-15y for the crime of Operating Under the Influence Causing Death. He was sentenced on October 27, 2000 from Mackinac County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
