The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 21, 2011 to consider the possible parole of Robert James Palmer, #157441. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Robert James Palmer is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on April 25, 1979 from Calhoun County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
