The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Joyce Cousins, #226229. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Joyce Cousins is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder. She was sentenced on August 19, 1992 out of Delta County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
