A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Francisco J. Cataldo

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2013, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Francisco J. Cataldo. It will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.

Francisco J. Cataldo was sentenced to a term of sixty (60) days jail (suspended in lieu of 200 hours community service), four (4) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $4,120.48 for the crime of Weapons - Carry Concealed. He was sentenced on June 2, 1995 from Mecosta County.

Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
