A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for John William Vincent

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 7, 2013, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for John William Vincent. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
John William Vincent was sentenced to a term of 6y-25y for the crime of Robbery Armed, and to a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm. He was sentenced on July 11, 1994 from Charlevoix County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
