A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for John W. Miracle

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2014, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for John W. Miracle. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
John W. Miracle was sentenced to a term of five (5) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $816 for the crime of Motor Vehicle - Unlawful Driving Away, and to a term of one (1) year jail, five (5) years probation, fines/costs/restitution of $195 for the crime of Uttering & Publishing. He was sentenced on November 26, 1963 from Washtenaw County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
