The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 to consider the possible parole of Earl Smith, #132087. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Earl Smith is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Kidnapping. He was sentenced on December 17, 1974 out of Oakland County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
