The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 to consider the possible parole of Victor Diaz, #203420. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Victor Diaz is serving three concurrent Life sentences for the crimes of Conspiracy to Deliver over 650 Grams of Cocaine, Delivery of over 650 Grams of Cocaine, and Possession with Intent to Deliver over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on August 28, 1989 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
