The public hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 8, 2014 to consider the possible parole of Clay Hayward, #230646 at 9:00 a.m. at the Michigan Training Center, Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan is now scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Clay Hayward is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on April 16, 1993 out of Bay County.
Abigail Callejas, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
