The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 6, 2014 to consider the possible parole of Joseph Evans, #146195. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Joseph Evans is serving concurrent Life sentences for the crimes of Robbery Armed and CSC 1st Degree. He was sentenced on July 29, 1976 out of Wayne County.
Michael C. Eagen, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
