The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2015 to consider the possible parole of Michael Kirby, #207840. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Michael Kirby is serving three concurrent Life sentences for the crime of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (three counts). He was sentenced on March 8, 1990 out of Saginaw County.
Kevin R. Belk, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
