The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2015 to consider the possible parole of Thomas Meagher, #137209.  It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.

Thomas Meagher is serving three Life sentences for the crimes of Kidnapping and 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (two counts). He was sentenced on June 23, 1977 and April 19, 1979 out of Oakland County.

Anthony E.O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
