The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 to consider the possible parole of James Bucholz, #183722. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
James Bucholz is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree. He was sentenced on May 19, 1986 out of Tuscola County.
Michigan Parole Board Member Barbara S. Sampson and Chairperson Michael C. Eagen will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
