The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Tylass Bivins, #140707. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan..
Tylass Bivins is serving four Life sentences for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on November 28, 1978 out of Wayne County.
