The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Robert Powell, #133703. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the RGC Administrative Conference Room; Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan.
Robert Powell is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 7, 1972 out of Menominee County.
Edwin M. Heap and Melissa K. Jennings, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
