A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Laura Kramer

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Laura Kramer. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Laura Kramer was sentenced to a term of 5 Years Probation and $5,821.37 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/ Restitution) (two counts) for the crime of Financial Transaction Device-Stealing/Retaining without Consent (two counts). She was sentenced on January 3, 2005 from Kalamazoo County.
Ms. Kramer was also sentenced to 3 Months Probation and $409 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/ Restitution) for the crime of Malicious Destruction of Personal Property Less Than $200. She was sentenced on May 11, 2005 from Kalamazoo County.
Jerome L. Warfield, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
