The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 to consider the possible parole of Carlos Soto, #221824. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Carlos Soto is serving two Life sentences for the crime of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less than Murder (two counts). He was sentenced on August 4, 1997 out of Kent County.
Melissa K. Jennings, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
