A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Michael Hatchett

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 19, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Michael Hatchett. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Michael Hatchett was sentenced to two terms of 1 Year Probation Under 333.7411 for the crimes of Controlled Substance - Deliver/Manufacture less than 50 Grams of Cocaine and Controlled Substance - Possess less than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 16, 2000 from Wayne County.
Sonia A. Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
