A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Jason Ibrahim

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 26, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Jason Ibrahim. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Jason Ibrahim was sentenced to a term of 2 years - 10 years for the crime of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder. Mr. Ibrahim was also sentenced to a term of $60 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Conspiracy-Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder. He was sentenced on November 16, 2004 from Macomb County.
Edwin M. Heap, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
