The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 to consider the possible parole of Marcus Eccles, #291757. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Marcus Eccles is serving two Life sentences for the crimes of Controlled Substance-Delivery/Manufacturing of Narcotics/Cocaine 50-449 Grams, 2nd or Subsequent Offense; and Controlled Substance-Possession of Narcotics/Cocaine 450-999 Grams, 2nd or Subsequent Offense. He was sentenced on June 18, 2002 and September 17, 2002 out of Oakland County.
Timothy S. Flanagan, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
Capacity at the public hearing venue is limited; admittance will be on a first come, first serve basis.
