The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Dale Stanfill, #197382. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than June 30, 2020 to confirm attendance.
Dale Stanfill is serving two Life sentences for the crimes of Conspiracy to Deliver Controlled Substance Over 650 Grams and Deliver Controlled Substance Over 650 Grams. He was sentenced on November 21, 1988 out of Oakland County.
Sonia A. Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
By statute, prisoners serving a Life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole Board can obtain jurisdiction.
