The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Willard Mason, #211710. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than July 17, 2020 to confirm attendance.
Willard Mason is serving 10 Life sentences for the crime of Attempt to Murder (10 counts). He was sentenced on September 12, 1990 out of Wayne County.
Anthony E.O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

The Northern Region John Davids Recruit Academy Class graduation took place on Nov. 20 at Lake Superior State University and recognized 48 new officers. The class is the largest northern region academy to graduate since 2016. New officers will help to reduce vacancies at facilities across the Upper Peninsula.
