The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Billy Martin, #167960. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than October 6, 2020 to confirm attendance.
Billy Martin is serving four Life sentences for the crimes of Assault with Intent Great Bodily Harm Less than Murder, Home Invasion-1st Degree, Robbery Armed and Unlawfully Driving Away an Automobile. He was sentenced on March 17, 1999 out of Saginaw County.
Melissa K. Jennings, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
