The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Perry Coleman, #236687. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than July 6, 2021 to confirm attendance.
Perry Coleman is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Controlled Substance-Deliver/Manufacture-Narcotics/Cocaine 650 Grams or More-Conspiracy. Perry Coleman was sentenced on March 23, 1994 out of Oakland County.
Anthony E.O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
By statute, prisoners serving a Life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole Board can obtain jurisdiction.
