A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Saad Bahoda, #215121

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Saad Bahoda, #215121. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than July 9, 2021 to confirm attendance.

Saad Bahoda is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Controlled Substance-Deliver/Manufacture-Narcotics/Cocaine 650 Grams or More-Conspiracy. Saad Bahoda was sentenced on February 26, 1991 out of Oakland County.

Adrianne Van Langevelde, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

By statute, prisoners serving a Life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole Board can obtain jurisdiction.
