The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible pardon of sentence for David Bartkowiak. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.

David Bartkowiak was sentenced to a term of 3 Years Probation for the crime of Entry without Breaking with Intent and to a term of 5 Years Probation for the crime of Armed Robbery. David Bartkowiak was sentenced on December 18, 1974, and October 1, 1976, out of Genesee County.

David Bartkowiak was also sentenced to $54 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Moving Traffic Violation-Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced out of Shiawassee County.

Timothy S. Flanagan, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.   

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
