The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 9:00 am to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Landers, #882204. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE

Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than October 11, 2022, to confirm attendance.

Michael Landers was sentenced to a term of 15 years to 30 years for the crime of Possession of Cocaine, and to a term of 4 years to 8 years for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana. Michael Landers was sentenced on December 6, 2013, out of Wayne County. 

Anthony E. O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.224 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
