The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 11:00 am to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Antwon Biffle, #309529. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking

Antwon Biffle was sentenced to six terms of 18 years to 40 years for the crimes of Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine-Habitual 3rd, Deliver/Manufacture Narcotic less than 50 Grams-Habitual 3rd (two counts), Deliver/Manufacture Narcotic 50-449 Grams-Habitual 3rd, Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Habitual 3rd, and Possession of Cocaine 25-49 Grams-Habitual 3rd. Antwon Biffle was sentenced on July 6, 2007, out of Oakland County.
Sandra Wilson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.224 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
